Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you give us: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, order details, account details, and messages you send to customer support.
  • Order and product information: The shade, length, style, quantity, purchase date, order number, delivery status, return or exchange requests, and refund status.
  • Payment information: Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other checkout providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, items added to cart, referring website, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and analytics data.
  • Information from service providers: Limited information from payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics providers, fraud prevention tools, review platforms, and marketing platforms needed to operate the store.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers and partners who help us operate NoClip Hair, fulfill orders, process payments, deliver products, prevent fraud, provide customer service, collect reviews, or measure marketing performance.

  • Shopify: Hosts our store, powers checkout, manages orders, and provides ecommerce infrastructure.
  • Payment processors: Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment providers process payments and help prevent payment fraud.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners: Receive the information needed to prepare, ship, deliver, return, or exchange your order.
  • Email and customer support providers: Help us send order confirmations, shipping updates, return instructions, support replies, and marketing emails if you opted in.
  • Review platforms: If we ask for a review after purchase, a review provider may receive your name, email address, order number, and product purchased so it can send a review request.
  • Analytics providers: Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools help us understand website traffic, product performance, and checkout behavior.
  • Advertising partners: Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms may receive limited cookie, device, or event information to help measure ads, improve ad performance, and show relevant offers where permitted by law.

We may also share information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, sale, or acquisition.

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your cart, keep checkout secure, understand site usage, measure advertising performance, and show relevant offers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the website may not work correctly, including cart, checkout, or account features.

Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request for certain tracking or sharing activities.

Marketing emails and messages

If you sign up for emails, place an order, or otherwise opt in where required, we may send promotional messages about NoClip Hair products, offers, shade guides, and store updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting support@nocliphair.com. You may still receive transactional messages about orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, or customer support.

Data retention

We keep order, payment, shipping, support, return, exchange, and refund records for as long as needed to provide service, comply with tax and accounting requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. In many cases, order records may be kept for up to 7 years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, unless we need to retain limited information to honor your request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

California and other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under state privacy laws. These may include the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to receive a copy of certain information, and the right to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities.

NoClip Hair does not sell personal information for money. However, certain advertising cookies or pixels may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. You can opt out by emailing support@nocliphair.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out.”

We will respond to verified privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

NoClip Hair is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@nocliphair.com.

No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

NoClip Hair primarily serves customers in the United States. If you visit our website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
