How payments, refunds, taxes, and billing are handled at NoClip Hair.

Who is billing you
All transactions on NoClip Hair are processed and fulfilled by PELVI HEALTH, LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating the NoClip Hair brand.
Depending on your payment method and bank, your statement may show the charge as NoClip Hair, PELVI HEALTH, LLC, SHOPIFY * NOCLIPHAIR, or a similar Shopify payment descriptor. These all refer to the same business.
Accepted payment methods
We process payments securely through Shopify checkout and supported payment providers. Available payment methods may include:

```Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars. If your card or payment account is held in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. NoClip Hair does not control or receive any portion of those fees.
Sales tax
NoClip Hair collects U.S. sales tax in states where we are legally required to do so. If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and shown as a separate line item before you confirm your purchase.
You will not be charged any sales tax that was not displayed at checkout. There are no hidden post-purchase tax adjustments.
When you are charged
Payment is processed in full at the time your order is placed. We do not charge you before checkout, and we do not add charges after checkout unless you place a separate order.
Pricing and pricing errors
The price shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout. There are no membership fees, no required add-ons, and no recurring charges.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a system error, typographical error, or technical issue, NoClip Hair reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you by email if that happens.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
```NoClip Hair does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
You are charged once per order. We will never enroll you in a subscription, charge a monthly fee, or bill you again for the same order.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Return shipping
Return shipping within the United States is free when you use the prepaid return label provided by NoClip Hair. To start a return or exchange, email support@nocliphair.com with your order number. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong with your order or billing, please contact us first at support@nocliphair.com. We aim to resolve billing issues within one business day, and in most cases we can refund, replace, exchange, or correct the issue faster than a bank dispute process.
Opening a chargeback before contacting us can delay your refund while your bank investigates. We will always work with you directly to resolve the issue.
Secure checkout
Payments on NoClip Hair are processed through secure checkout providers. Card details are handled by Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other supported payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.
NoClip Hair will never ask for your full card number, card security code, or payment login details by email, phone, or text message.

If you have a question about a charge, refund, payment failure, unfamiliar statement descriptor, tax line item, or anything else billing-related, contact us directly at support@nocliphair.com. Including your order number helps us respond faster.
